Broccoli and Carrots Prevent Pancreatic Cancer
For healthy people, seem that no need to panic due to the increasing number of cancer patients. We can perform a variety of prevention efforts, ones of a simple way is to increase the intake of broccoli and carrots.
Based on a study who led by Dr Hemant Kocher of the Cancer Institute at Barts and The London NHS London along with the Universities of Cambridge and the Hub-recht Institute in the Netherlands during four years, said that increasing levels of vitamin A in the healthy cells around the cancer may inhibit cancer cell growth.
"These fact lead to the survival rates are better and different treatment methods for pancreatic cancer that annually kills nearly 7,500 patients in England" Kocher said as quoted by the Daily Express.
The study was based on a origin theory which proposed in 1889. Clinical trials now being conducted at Barts, London, Kocher added.
International team of researchers led by scientists of Indian origin also revealed that vitamin A is found in some foods such as carrots and broccoli can help to prevent pancreatic cancer. Generaly, after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, most patients usually do not last more than a year.

So better to prevent than to cure for being healthy.
